The Contemporary Artists of Southern Arizona is a group of experimental mixed media artists who are dedicated to the promotion of collage as a fine art medium. Informative demonstrations follow the business meetings each month, September through May, and workshops and mini-workshops are planned throughout the year.
Membership is open to any artist working in experimental mixed media that includes collage or individuals interested in exploring contemporary art forms. The group meets on the first Friday of the month, September through May, from 9:00am to 12:00pm at:

Holiday Share
The December CASA meeting will forego CASA business. We will use the time to get into the holiday spirit by getting better acquainted with each other.
Each CASA member is asked to bring a story about a personally important aspect of art life that we will share with each other from 9:30-11:00.
Think about an art life inspiration, event, mentor, book, painting, method or story that will bring a smile to your face when you share it with CASA members.
Please also bring a written paragraph description of the story you will share. We will compile everyone’s stories into a CASA Holiday Journal and post it on the CASA web site.
One more item to bring and share with members: Bring your favorite holiday brunch dish. We’re going to have a CASA Holiday Potluck Brunch beginning at 11:00.
